Lindsey Lanes Subdivision - Release and Substitute Portions of <br />Conservation Easements <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 9/5/95: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: t William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: September 5, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Lindsey Lanes Subdivision - Request to Release and <br />Substitute Portions of Conservation Easements <br />On July 26, 1994 at its regular meeting, the Board of County Commissioners <br />approved the concept of creating a 3j -acre native upland "land bank", to be <br />utilized in future situations where circumstances within the Lindsey Lanes <br />Subdivision require the release of any platted conservation easements. <br />Two requests have been received as follows: <br />° to debit the land bank by 930 square feet for the release of the <br />East 10 feet of the West 20 feet of the existing conservation <br />easement on Lot 1, Block F, Lindsey Lanes Subdivision, Phase I; <br />and <br />° to debit the land bank by 800 square feet for the release of the <br />West 10 feet of the East 20 feet of the existing conservation <br />easement on Lot 3, Block C, Lindsey Lanes Subdivision, Phase I. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute each Partial Release and Substitution of <br />Conservation Easement as to Lot 1, Block F, and Lot 3, Block C, Lindsey <br />Lanes Subdivision, Phase I to the land bank placed under conservation <br />easement on August 5, 1994 and as recorded at O.R. Book 1030, Page 428, <br />Public Records of Indian River County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the Chairman to execute each Partial Release and <br />Substitution of Conservation Easement, as set out in <br />staff's recommendation. <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 1995 <br />
