58TH AVE. RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION: PARCEL #123, RIVERA <br />ESTATES <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/29/95: <br />TO: James E. Finney, SRAII'-b. -- - <br />County Right -of -Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: 58th Avenue Right -of -Way Acquisition; Parcel #123, Rivera <br />Estates, Lot 1 and 2, Block 1 <br />DATE: August 29, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Additional right-of-way is required on 58th Avenue for the paving <br />improvement project from Route 60 to 26th Street. <br />The property owner has executed a contract to deed the right-of-way <br />to the county in exchange for the installation of water to the <br />residence from the existing county utility line. <br />The contract price is not to exceed $3,000.00 for the 15' wide x <br />1401 (2,100 square foot) parcel. There are no appraisal or <br />attorney fees. <br />Attached to the contract is the estimate of water installation by <br />the Utilities Deprtment, estimated at $2,800.00 which includes the <br />$30.00 permit fee. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />contract and authorize the Chairman to execute the contract. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding to be from Local Option Sales Tax Account No. 315-214-541- <br />066.31. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the contract with Dolores Mary Pesce to deed the <br />right-of-way to the county in exchange for the <br />installation of water to the residence from the <br />existing county utility line. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />27 <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 1995 Boos 96 rmv <br />
