Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final December 14, 2021 <br />County Administrator Jason Brown added that the majority of money for the <br />purchase of the 1.76 acres of property would be going to Ms. Ford and not the <br />attorneys or experts. <br />Chairman O'Bryan commented that the County had offered to move the house and <br />the owner had declined, and agreed with County Administrator Brown that the vast <br />majority of money would be going to the owner. <br />Commissioner Flescher concurred with Chairman O'Bryan and spoke on the issue <br />of moving a house with a lot of age. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Vice Chairman Earman, <br />to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Earman, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Moss <br />14.
