r <br />U �'-" 1989 <br />BOP 77 Pia 44�' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-75 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION <br />UNIT NO. 3 LOT 7 BLOCK G, PLAT BOOK 04, <br />PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves <br />no public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Charles H.
