RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT (OR PORTION THEREOF) ON LOT 6, BLOCK 8, <br />SUMMERPLACE SUB UNIT 4 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on 1971 West <br />Cayman Road, Lot 6, Block 8, of SUMMERPLACE SUB UNIT 4; and <br />WHEREAS, RICHARD E. SCHUETZ (TRUSTEES) & ROBIN K. SCHUETZ (TRUSTEES) OF <br />THE RICHARD E. SCHUETZ & ROBIN K. SCHUETZ REVOCABLE TRUST, the owner(s) of the <br />property, has made application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement, or <br />portion thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />to release the north three (3) feet of the south ten (10) foot drainage & utility easement of Lot 6, Block 8, <br />Summerplace Unit 4, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 22 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of , 2022, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
