WORK ORDER NUMBER 7 <br />PROJECT NAME: HCP Sea Turtle Monitoring 2022 — North and South County <br />This Work Order Number 7 is entered into as of this 15th day of February , 2022, <br />pursuant to that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Environmental and Biological Support <br />Service, dated October 10`h, 2017, renewed on October 15, 2019 for 2 years and then again on October <br />5, 2021 for an additional 2 years, referred to as the ("Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and Ecological Associates, Inc., <br />("Consultant"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the Environmental Biological Support <br />Services set forth on Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by <br />this reference. The Environmental and Biological Support Service will be performed by the Consultant at <br />a fixed rate not to exceed $93,830.35. The Consultant will perform the Environmental and Biological <br />Support Service within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work <br />Order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provision set forth <br />in the Agreement.
