i <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY CCAIWIISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />this Board does herewith assess a rate of $33.00 per waste <br />generation unit. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the miilage as adopted <br />herein shall be filed in the Office of the County Auditor <br />and in the Public Records, and the County Auditor shall <br />transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the Tax <br />Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of <br />Revenue of the State of Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Vice Chairman Carolyn K.
