APPROXIMATE LENGTH 2.21 MILES <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County -Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted Resolution No. 95-96, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 130th Avenue (Willow <br />Street) from CR512 south to 77th Street/Ditch 24, approximate <br />length 2..21 miles; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which the <br />special assessments are to be made and how the special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 95-97, on August 22, 1995, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and I <br />18 - <br />September 12, 1995 <br />
