C <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS that the Board does herewith levy upon all <br />real and personal taxable property in the unincorporated <br />portion of Indian River County, Florida, as it exists <br />October 1, 1989, for fiscal year 1989-90 a tax of 1.5803 <br />mills on the dollar for the purpose of funding the South <br />Indian River County Fire Protection Municipal Service Taxing <br />Unit of Indian River County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the mlIlage as adopted <br />herein shall be filed in the Office of the County Auditor <br />and in the Public Records, and the County Auditor shall <br />transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the Tax <br />Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of <br />Revenue of the State of Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird who moved Its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Scurlock and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Vice Chairman Carolyn K.
