RESOLUTION NO. 89-116 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this <br />Board does herewith assess a rate of $20_00 <br />, per parcel/acre <br />or any portion of an acre of real property within the <br />0 <br />boundaries of the Laurel Court Street Lighting Municipal <br />Service Taxing Unit. <br />0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the mlIIage as adopted <br />herein shall be filed in the Office of the County Auditor <br />and in the Public Records, and the County Auditor shall <br />transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the Tax <br />Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of <br />Revenue of the State of Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock --`--y— who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner --- Eggert and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Cary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Vice Chairman Carolyn K.
