L1 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this <br />Board does herewith assess a rate of $O, oo—_ per parcel/acre <br />or any portion of an acre of real property within the <br />boundaries of the Royal Poinciana Street Lighting Municipal <br />Service Taxing Unit. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the mlilage as adopted <br />herein shall be filed In the Office of the County Auditor <br />and In the Public Records, and the County Auditor shall <br />transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the Tax <br />Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of <br />Revenue of the State of Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock <br />who moved Its adoption.
