618650 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-129 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE TROPICAL PARK <br />SUBDIVISION, LOTS 10 & 11, Block 2, Plat Book 1, <br />Page 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described <br />below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no <br />public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River <br />County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960, Grantor, to Betty J. Wadsworth, her successor in interest, <br />heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 660 82nd Avenue, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32966 Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following described <br />easements: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND <br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. <br />THIS R -'SOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Bird <br />and adopted on the — loth day of _October 1989, by the <br />following vote: <br />Commissioner Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Scurlock Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly <br />passed and adopted this 10th day of October 1 1989. <br />0.
