• <br />Second Resolution 9/21/89(UTIL)Reso2(WMc/Vk) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89- 131 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SETTING A TIME <br />EEE�1'�L1�—A�EE5�E6—AZ�AT�ifiT�ETi`A—t�R�EEiiTV�`EE�EFiTE6 <br />TRERER4; <br />WHEREAS, the hoard of County Coirmissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 89-13(y, determined that <br />it is necessary for the pubiic welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those Iiving, working, <br />and owning property within the area described hereafter, <br />that a potable water distribution system be installed in <br />approximately 63 properties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, It has been determined that the cost to be <br />i <br />specially assessed with respect thereto shall be <br />$0.1159303 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused <br />an assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility <br />Services Department; and <br />WHEREAS, §11-46, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the r:oard of County Commissioners shall fix a time and <br />place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed <br />or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the <br />propriety and advisability of constructing such system, as <br />to the cost thereof, as to the mariner of payment therefor, <br />and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each <br />property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />
