6161'79 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-126 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />• ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS on Lot. 18 and the <br />south one-half of Lot 17, in the Replat of a <br />Portion of Bent Pine Subdivision Unit 3 and Unit 4, <br />according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat <br />• Book 11, Pages 9, 9A, & 9B, of the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described <br />below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, to Thomas F. Byrne,,.- and Suzanne T.
