RESOLUTION NO. 89-132 <br />2. The application for the sale and conveyance of <br />a County property to HOME is hereby approved for the purpose <br />of providing shelter and counseling for runaway children. <br />The sale price of the property is hereby established at <br />Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), and such sale and <br />conveyance is conditioned upon the operation of the shelter <br />and counseling center for runaway children within one (1) <br />year and so maintaining such shelter upon the subject real <br />property, or else title, use and interest In the property <br />shall revert to COUNTY with all improvements becoming the <br />property of COUNTY, or, at the COUNTY's option, the HOME may <br />be required to remove all of the improvements and return the <br />property to the COUNTY in its present condition, and the <br />COUNTY shall at that time return the Twenty -Five Thousand <br />Dollars to the HOME. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Bird and seconded by Commissioner Eggert, and <br />upon being put to a vote the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
