<br />Vero Beach, PL 32963, Grantor, to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a
<br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office
<br />address is 1840 - 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
<br />Grantee.

<br />That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
<br />of $10.00 in hand paid by the said Grantee, receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and grant unto
<br />the said Grantee forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand which the said Grantor has in and to the following
