t <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-66 <br />and the prohibition is enforceable. The applicant shall <br />also mark and maintain public visual access of the <br />original alignment from the new alignment and provide <br />historical information regarding the Trail prior to <br />final effect of the abandonment. <br />g. Prior to final effect of the abandonment, the applicant <br />shall obtain from the County Public Works department a <br />right-of-way permit detailing construction of all <br />traffic, road and drainage aspects of the newroadway, <br />construct the requested improvements, and obtain accep- <br />tance and approval of the new construction by the Public <br />Works director. The constructed roadway shall accommo- <br />date grove service traffic at least as well as the <br />existing alignment without adversely impacting tree <br />preservation. <br />2. Notice of the adoption of this resolution shall be forthwith <br />published once within thirty (30) days from the date of adoption <br />horeoft and <br />3. The clerk is hereby directed to record thiP, revolution <br />together with the proofs of publication required by Florida <br />Statues 5335.lo in the Official Books of Indian fiver County <br />without undue delay. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Scurlock <br />who moved its adoption.
