RESOLUTION 89- "1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE 80411D OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, PARTIALLY VACATING THE PLAT OF PARK <br />SHORES. <br />WHEREAS, the fee simple owner of the property described <br />herein, VERO BEACH ASSOCIATED DEVELOPERS, INC., a Florida <br />corporation, pursuant to Florida Statutes 5177.101 petitioned the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />to partially vacate the Plat of Park Shores recorded in Plat Book <br />10, page 74, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES by Resolution <br />No. 366 vacated that portion of the Plat of Park Shores recorded <br />in Plat Book 10, page 74, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Plat of Park <br />Shores as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; run South <br />20°55151" East a distance of 974.72 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning; thence run North 69°00114" East a <br />distance of 180.00 feet to a point; thence run North <br />20°55151" West a distance of 284.75 feet to a point; <br />thence run North 69°00'14" East a distance of 94.65 <br />feet; thence run South 20"55151" East• a distance of <br />622.15 feet to a point; thence run North 69°00114" East <br />a distance of 265.35 feet to a point; thence run South <br />20°55151" East a distance of 420.85 feet to a points <br />thence run South 69°00'14" East a distance of 540.00 <br />feet to a point; thence run North 20°55'51" Wast a <br />distance of 758.25 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statutes 5177.101 approval <br />by Resolution of the hoard of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida in required to complete the vacation of <br />that portion of the plat above described; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of application for vacation of that <br />portion of the Plat for Park Shores described herein has been <br />published as required by Florida Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, convenient access to persons owning the <br />property in the balance of the platted area has been provided by <br />that Easement and Maintenance Agreement dated ,Tune 20, 1989, and <br />recorded in Official Record Book 834, Page 1463, Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, taxes affecting the property herein described <br />1 <br />
