P�rxrxoN T� PARTx�.z� vz�c�mc ��� <br />The undersigned Petitioner, VERO BRACH ASSOCIATED <br />DEVELOPERS, INC., a Florida corporation, by and through :its <br />attorney, GEORGE G. COLLINS, Jit., hereby petitions the Board of <br />County Commissioners of. Indian River County to partially vacate <br />the Plat of Park Shores recorded in Plat Book 10, page 74, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida, pursuant to Florida <br />Statutes 5177.101, and states as follows, <br />1. Petitioner, states that the Town of Indian River <br />Shores by Resolution No. 366, a certified copy of which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A," has vacated that portion of the <br />Plat for: Park Shores described as follows. <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Plat of Park <br />Shores as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; run South <br />20°55'51" East a distance of 974.72 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning; thence run North 69"00'14" Fast a <br />distance of 1930.00 feet to a point; thence: run North <br />20"55151" West a distance of 284.75 feet to a point; <br />thence run North 69°00'14" Last a distance of 94.65 <br />feet; thence run ;youth 20°55151" East a distance of <br />622.15 feet to a point; thence run North 69"00114" East <br />a distance of 265.35 feet to a point; thence run South <br />20°55'51" East a distance of 420.£35 feet to a point; <br />thence run south 69°00'14" East a distance of 540.00 <br />feet to a point; thence run North 20°55`51" West a <br />distance of 758.25 feet to the Point of t3eginning. <br />2. Petitioner further states the vacation of that <br />portion of the plat for Park Shores above described includes <br />vacation of easements set forth in the dedication, but is <br />limited to the vacation of the easements within the vacated <br />platted area above described. <br />3. The property vacated in owned in Ecco Hope by VERU <br />BEACH ASSOCIATED DEVELOPiRS, INC. and convenient access to <br />persons owning the property in the balance of the platted area <br />has been provided by that Easement and Maintenance Agreement <br />dated June 20, 1989, and recorded in Official Record Bonk 834, <br />Page 1463, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />4. Pursuant to Florida Statutes ;177.101, Petitioner <br />has published a legal notice in a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion in Indian River County, a copy of the proof of said <br />1 <br />
