EXHIBIT "A" <br />RESOLUTION NO. 366 <br />WHEREAS, VERO BEACH ASSOCIATED DEVELOPERS, INC., the <br />developers of a portion of the property described in the Plat of <br />Park Shores recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, in the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, VERO BEACH ASSOCIATED DEVELOPERS, INC. has <br />requested the TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES to vacate the plat of <br />Park Shores above described as it applies to the property awned <br />by VERO BEACH ASSOCIATED DEVELOPERS, INC. hereinafter described; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Town ordinances, upon the <br />vacation of a part of the Plat for Park Shores, VERO BEACH <br />ASSOCIATED DEVELOPERS, INC. will submit a replat of the land so <br />vacated; and <br />WHEREAS, the vacation of a portion of the plat of Park <br />Shores is authorized pursuant to Chapter 177.101 Florida Statutes <br />and appropriate 'TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES ordinances. <br />r <br />BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED, as followsi <br />1. The TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES hereby vacates that <br />portion of the Plat for Park Shores recorded in Plat Book 10, <br />Page 74, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Plat of Park <br />Shores as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; run South <br />20°55151" East a distance of 974.72 feet to the Point <br />of Beginning; thence run North 69"00114" East a <br />distance of 180.00 feet to a point; thence run North <br />20°55151" West a distance of 284.75 feet to a point; <br />thence run North 69°00114" East a distance of 94.65 <br />feet; thence run South 20°55'51" East a distance of <br />622.15 feet to a point; thence run North 69°00114" East <br />a distance of 265.35 feet to a point; thence run South <br />20"55151" East a distance of. 420.05 feet to a point; <br />thence run South 69°00,14" East a distance of 540.00 <br />feet to a paint; thence run North 20°55'51" West a <br />distance of 758.25 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />2. The vacation of that portion of the plat for Park <br />Shores above described includes vacation of all easements set <br />forth in the dedication, but limited to the vacation of the <br />easement within the vacated platted area above described. <br />3.
