3. The final assessment roll for the project listed in <br />Resolution No. 87-61 shall be shown on the attached Exhibit "A". <br />4. The assessments as shown on the attached Exhibit "All <br />shall stand confirmed and remain legal, valid, and binding first <br />49 liens against the property against which such assessments are <br />made until paid. <br />0 5. The assessments shown on attached Exhibit "All will be <br />R recorded by the County on the public records of Indian River <br />County, and the lion shall constitute prima facie evidence of its <br />validity. <br />This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock , and the motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows; <br />Chairman Gary C.
