AGGREGATE MILLAGE RATE <br />Administrator Chandler announced that the proposed aggregate <br />millage rate for fiscal year 1995-96 is 7.0816, which is 6.430 <br />above the rollback millage of 6.6539. The total County budget is <br />$142,082,064, an increase of $8,923,401 or 6.700 over the current <br />budget of $133,158,663. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on the Aggregate and <br />asked if anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There being <br />none, he closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved a <br />final millage rate of 7.0816 for the Aggregate for <br />fiscal year 1995-96. <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />Administrator Chandler announced the proposed Solid Waste <br />Disposal District Waste Generation Unit residential charge is <br />$49.32 (or $78.92 per E.R.U.), with a commercial sector W.G.U. rate <br />of $35.64. The proposed budget is $7,635,073 which is an increase <br />of $153,849 over last year's budget of $7,481,224. <br />Chairman Macht opened the public hearing on the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this <br />matter. There being none, he closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-113, establishing an assessment rate <br />of $49.32 per Residential Waste Generation Unit and <br />$35.64 per Commercial Waste Generation Unit for the <br />Solid Waste Disposal District for fiscal year <br />1995-96. <br />ON- MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-114, approving a budget of $7,635,073 <br />for the Solid Waste Disposal District for fiscal <br />year 1995-96. <br />27 <br />September 14, 1995 <br />BOOK 96 PACE 8 <br />
