11 RESOLUTION NO. 67-20 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida; <br />1. That the Resolution heretofore adopted by this Board, known as <br />the Southern Gulf Utilities Water and Sewer Franchise, is herewith amended <br />pursuant to the provisions thereof In order that the territory in which that <br />franchise is applicable as described in said Resolution shall have excluded <br />therefrom all that portion of that territory situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, described as follows, to -wit: <br />book 10 PAC 306 <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & Q'Halre, Attorneys At Law, Vero Beach, Florida <br />(a) A parcel of submerged land in the hndian River in <br />1 <br />Section 29, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, more <br />particularly described as follows; <br />From the Northwest corner of said Section 29, said <br />corner also being the Northwest corner of Government <br />Lot 1 of said Section 29, thence East along the North <br />line of said Government Lot 1, 230 feet, more or less, <br />to the mean high water mark of the Indian River for the <br />point of beginning; thence continue East along the exten- <br />sion of the said North line of Government Lot 1, 215.95 <br />e <br />feet; thence South 22 degrees 10 minutes West 254.54 <br />feet; thence South 3 degrees 0 minutes East 102 3. 60 <br />feet; thence South 21 degrees 03 minutes East 1480.68 <br />feet, more or less, to the intersection with the Easterly <br />extension of the South line of said Government Lot 1; <br />thence West along said Easterly extension 214.30 feet, <br />more or less, to the mean high water mark of the Indian <br />E <br />River; thence Northerly along the mean high water mark <br />j <br />to the point of beginning; also, <br />(b) Government Lot 1, Section 29, Township 33 South, <br />Range 40 East; also, <br />r <br />(c) Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter, Section <br />IE <br />30, 'Township 33 South, Range 40 East; also, <br />(d) Southeast quarter of Northeast quarter, Section 30, <br />Township 33 South, Range 40 East; also, <br />t <br />(e) Southwest quarter of Northeast quarter, Section 30, <br />Township 33 South, Range 40 East; also, <br />(f) Unnumbered Lot, being East 455 feet of Southeast <br />!` <br />quarter of Northwest quarter, Section 30, Township 33 <br />South, Range 40 East; also, <br />(g) Replat of Block p of the Plat of Granada Gardens <br />Subdivision as same is recorded in the public records <br />of Indian River County, Florida, in flat Book 3, page 91, <br />book 10 PAC 306 <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & Q'Halre, Attorneys At Law, Vero Beach, Florida <br />
