RESOLUTION NO. 67-31 <br />WHEREAS, Robert P, IVIcLarty has niade as application to the <br />t rph of Engineers of the United States Arn-iy for a dredging pernilt in the <br />• <br />public waters of Indian River County; ntid, <br />s WHEREAS, this Board has reconanzended that the pernAt not be <br />tasUti; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose of this Board to Iftnit and <br />confine dredging in the public waters of this county to tizose areas where there <br />will be a minimuni of disturbance of the botton-rs essential to conserve fish and <br />wild fife and to ItuAt such dredging to that which can be accomplishecl without <br />a deposit of harniful silt in the public waters; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board is well aware of the fact that there can be <br />honest differences of opinion on the subject; Now, thcrefo-,M, <br />E III" U RESOLVED by the Board of t.oattzty t01"zrnziss1011ers of in(h; u <br />River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith publicly expreas its <br />Ek <br />high esteems for Robert P.
