Sunset Date. <br />This ordinance shall expire on November 8, 2034, twelve (12) years after the date <br />such authority for the Children's Trust District was submitted to the electors of Indian River <br />County voting in a referendum. <br />Section 9. Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall become effective on November 8, 2022 only if a majority vote <br />"yes" in favor of the taxing authority of the Children's Trust District, at the referendum <br />scheduled for November 8, 2022.
