<br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS
<br />This request is to amend the Comprehensive Plan to redesignate ± 10 acres from M - 2 , Medium-
<br />Density Residential-2 ( up to 10 units/acre ) , to C/I , Commercial/Industrial ; and to rezone those ± 10
<br />acres from RS - 6 , Single - Family Residential District ( up to 6 units/acre ) , to IL, Light Industrial
<br />District. Depicted in Figures 1 and 2 , the subject property is located ±950 feet east of 43 `d Avenue ,
<br />on the south side of 41 ” Street. The purpose of this request is to secure the zoning district necessary
<br />to allow the expansion of the industrial park located south of the site .
