OWNER may terminate this Contract if CONTRACTOR is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under section 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, as defined by section 287.135, Florida Statutes. OWNER may terminate this Contract if CONTRACTOR, including all wholly owned subsidiaries, majority-owned subsidiaries, and parent companies, that exist for the purpose of making profit, is found to have been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel as set forth i -i section 215.4725, Florida Statutes. Accordingly, firms responding to this solicitation shall return with their response an executed copy of the attached "Certification Regarding Prohibition Against Contracting With Scrutinized Companies." Failure to return this executed form with submitted bid/proposal/statement of qualifications will result in the response being deemed non-responsive and eliminated from consideration. ARTICLE 20 - CONTRACT SECURITY AND INSURANCE 20.01 Article 5 of the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, sets forth OWNER's requirements as to Public Construction Bond and insurance. When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to OWNER, it must be accompanied by the required insurance certificate(s) and Bond, unless the Bond has been waived due to the total contract being less than $100,000. ARTICLE 21 - SIGNING OF AGREEMENT 21.01 When OWNER gives a Notice of Award to the Successful Bidder, it shall be accompanied by the required number of unsigned counterparts of the Agreement with the other Contract Documents which are identified in the Agreement as attached thereto. Within fifteen (15) days thereafter, Successful Bidder shall sign and deliver the required number of counterparts of the Agreement and attached documents to OWNER. 21.02 OWNER shall return one fully signed counterpart to Successful Bidder. 21.03 Should Bidder to whom the Contract has been awarded refuse or fail to complete the requirements of Article 21.01 above, the additional time in calendar days, required to correctly complete the documents will be deducted, in equal amount, from the Contract time.
