Is the contractor responsible for <br />removing to a storage facility or is the owner? <br />Answer: Jackie Robinson Training Complex staff will be removing loose furniture and equipment prior to <br />Notice to Proceed. <br />Question: During the pre-bid meeting it was mentioned that there is some mold where an ac unit was removed. <br />Contractor is responsible for the remediation. It was also stated that any mold encountered during demolition <br />is also the contractor's responsibility to remediate. Should all bidders carry a pre -determined allowance as <br />directed by the owner? <br />Answer: An additional bid item has been added to the Itemized Bid Schedule to account for any mold <br />remediation necessary. <br />Attachment: <br />1.
