r7l <br />67-59 <br />WHE'Ril'AS, j)1It-S'_II1It 10 IIW, an Cl(.!L'(,iOfl is to be held In <br />Special Tax School District No. 1i of Indian River County, Florida, or) <br />November 7, 1967; and <br />W 'REAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River <br />HE <br />County, Florida, has herctofore adopted a Resolution calling said election; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the School Code of the State of Florida provides <br />that the Board of Public Instruction shall designate the number of inspec- <br />tion boards for each precinct and appoint the inspection boards, and the <br />General Election Laws of the State of Florida provide that the number of <br />inspection boards for each precinct and the inspection boards shall be <br />determined by the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of bidian River <br />County, Florida, in special meeting on October 2, 1967, has, by Resolu- <br />tion, determined the number of Inspection boards necessary for each <br />precinct, and has appointed the personnel of the inspection boards, and a <br />copy of said Resolution has been certified to this board. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does <br />hereby ratify, approve and confirm, the number of inspection boards for <br />each precinct and the personnel of the inspection boards heretofore deter- <br />mined and appointed by the Board Of Public Instruction of Indian River <br />County, Florida, for the election to be held in Special Tax School District <br />No. I, Indian River County, Florida, on November 7, 1.967; and <br />BE IT 17URTIIER RESOLVED that LMS Board does herewith <br />determine the number of inspection boards for each precinct and (Joe's <br />hereby appoint the personnel of the inspection boardR' as heretofore <br />determined and appointed by the R011 -d of Riblic Instruction of Indian River <br />County, Florida. for the election to be held in Special Tax School District <br />No. 1, Indian River County, Florida, on November 7, 1967. <br />5- <br />
