WHERU'AS, Iffril faithfully served as a deputy in the i <br />I <br />office of the Clerk of the <br />'ireuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, which <br />office is ex officio Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners; and, <br />WHIMAS, such faithful and diligent service has extended for a <br />perlod of twelve years; and, <br />WHEREAS, for the approximate past five years, the duties of tile <br />said RUTH E <br />'Ll -torr have included sitting with this.
