That this Board does herewith find and determine that the road commonly known its Massey Road located in Indian River County, Florida, has been designated, established, used and maintained by this Board as a public road for it period of more than seven (7) years immediately prior to the date of the adoption of this Resolution and that tite right of way for said public road so established and maintained for at least the period of time stated lies in, over and across the following described lands, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: A strip of land 60 feet in width, lying 30 feet on either side of the following described centerline: From the Southwest corner of Government Lot 3, Section 28, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, run North 75 degrees 36 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 842.05 feet to a spike in the centerline of the Wabasso Beach Road at the intersection of the centerline of the Massey Road for the point of begin- ning; from said point of beginning run North 22 degrees 34 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 776.57 feet; thence i' North 27 degrees 37 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 420.54 feet; thence North 29 degrees 54 minutes 06 seconds West a distanceof 253.45 feet; thence North 31 degrees 38 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 263.23 feet; thence North 27 degrees 03 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 32 feet to a point on the South line o£ the North 880 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 28, Township 31 South, Range 39 Fast, and point of ending. 2.
