It shall be LESSEE's responsibility to keep the Premises clean and to dispose of all debris and other waste matter which may accumulate. LESSEE shall maintain the grounds, landscaping, and parking areas in accordance with the same standards by which LESSOR maintains the Airport grounds, landscaping, and parking areas. ARTICLE 13 ADDITIONAL FAA CLAUSES Section 13.1. Incorporation of Required Provisions. The parties incorporate herein by this reference all provisions lawfully required to be contained herein by the FAA or any other governmental body or agency. In the event that the FAA or any successor requires modifications or changes in this LEASE as a condition precedent to the granting of funds for the improvement of the Airport, or otherwise, LESSEE agrees to consent to such amendments, modifications, revisions, supplements, or deletions of any of the terms, conditions, or requirements of this LEASE as may be reasonably required. Section 13.2. Airport Protection. It shall be a condition of this LEASE, that LESSOR reserves unto itself, its successors, and assigns, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of the Premises, together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may be inherent in the operation of aircraft, now known or hereafter used, for the navigation of or flight in the said airspace, and for use of said airspace for landing on, taking off from, or operating on the airport. LESSEE agrees for itself, its successors, and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of natural growth, and other obstructions on the Premises to such a height so as to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 77.
