A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />J.R. SMITH, CLERK <br />Thirty and 27/100 Dollars ($2,230.27) per month during the Term of this LEASE. This monthly <br />base rental amount is based on 88,500 +/- square feet of land at $0.3024 per square foot per year, <br />15,000+/- square feet of drainage easement land at $0.00 per square foot per year, and 19399+/ - <br />square feet of building at $0.00 per square foot per year. Rent shall be due on the first (1st) day of <br />each month. Failure to pay the monthly amount due in full by the tenth (10th) of each month shall <br />result in the assessment of a late charge of five percent (5%) of the amount then owed or Fifty and <br />00/100 Dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater. <br />Section 4.2.
