A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />J.R. SMITH, CLERK <br />(i) This Attachment B, together with the Lease Agreement and all related <br />attachments, agreements, resolutions, and ordinances approved by the City of Vero <br />Beach, set forth all the promises, agreements, conditions, and understandings between <br />LANDLORD and TENANT relative to the Leased Premises. There are no other <br />promises, agreements, conditions, or understandings, either oral or written, between <br />them. No subsequent alteration, amendment, change, or addition to this Lease <br />Agreement will be binding on LANDLORD or TENANT unless in writing and signed by <br />them and made a part of this Lease Agreement by direct reference. <br />0) The terms of this Attachment B and the Lease Agreement shall be binding <br />on the respective successors, representatives, and assigns of the parties. <br />(k) The Lease Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, <br />each of which shall be deemed an original and all which together will constitute one and <br />the same instrument. <br />(1) Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that, when it has <br />accumulated in a building in sufficient quantities, may present health risks to persons <br />who are exposed to it over time. Levels of radon that exceed federal and state <br />guidelines have been found in buildings in Florida.
