and when he shall be notified that the corrections have <br />been made, he shall again inspect the work or apparatus <br />without further charge; but, when extra inspection trips <br />are necessary, due to any one of the following reasons, <br />a charge of $3.00 shall be made for each trip: <br />(a) wrong address; <br />(b) condemned work, resulting from faulty construc- <br />tion; <br />(c) repairs or corrections not made when Inspection <br />is called; <br />(d) work not ready for inspection when called. <br />The payment of re -inspection fee shall be made before <br />any further permits will be issued to the person owing <br />same. <br />WORK STARTED BEFORE PERMIT IS MUED - TtlE FEE <br />SHALL BE DOUBLI`ItD. <br />Section 22. INSPEGI`IONS. <br />(1) All new electrical work, and such )ortions of existing <br />Installations as may be affected by new work or any changes, shall <br />be inspected to insure compliance with all the rNuirements of this <br />code and to assure that the Installation and construction of the elec- <br />trical system Is In accordance with approved plans. <br />(2) All piping or tubing to be concealed, shall be in place; all <br />junctions shall be soldered and left untaped, or approved mechanical <br />connectors may be used. If due to structural conditions, panels can- <br />not be set, such adapters shall be In place before meters are installed <br />or system otherwise energized. No such wiring or installation shall <br />be considered ready for Inspection until complete -I as Outlined above. <br />(3) When the electrical work In any building for which a per- <br />mit has been obtained, if; ready for inspection, It ,;hall be the duty of <br />the person in charge of work to give notice in writing on forms fur- <br />ntshed at the office of the Building Official, stating the location of the <br />work, name of the owner, name of the person in charge of the work <br />and the name of the person doing the work. <br />(4) It shall be unlawful to lathe, seal or in any manner conceal <br />any electrical wiring or equipment until same has been Inspected and <br />20 <br />
