ARTICLE V. ZONING. -- Prior to issuing any permit under <br />the provisions of this resolution, the Building Official shall require <br />the applicant to submit a statement issued by the office of the County <br />Administrator showing that the proposed building, structure or appUr- <br />tenance complies with all the applicable regulations established by <br />the County zoning resolution for the district in which the land is <br />located. Ile certificate of zoning compliance shall show the proposed <br />use, a plot diagram showing the required building site area, front <br />yard, side yard, rear yard, minimum floor area, parking area, set- <br />back from any road, street or highway existing or proposed and the <br />building height limit specified for the district according to the County <br />zoning resolution. '11c Building Official shall not Issue any permit <br />for any proposed building, structure or appurtenance that Is not in <br />compliance with the zoning stateMCIIL Issued by the office of the County <br />Administrator. The Building Official shall not otherwise be Involved <br />in matters pertaining to County zoning. <br />ARTICLE VI. VALIDITY, This Board has heretofore deter- <br />mined to adopt a code or codes pursuant to the provisions of Chapter <br />67-1.513, Laws of Florida, and pursuant thereto this Board did call <br />a public hearing to be hold not less than thirty (30) days nor more <br />than sixty (60) days from the date of such determination and notice of <br />such public hearing was published once each week for four (4) consecu- <br />tive weeks in the Vero Beach Press journal, a newspaper of general <br />circulation within Indian River County as will more fully appear by <br />proof of publication filed with this Board. At said meeting, this <br />Board did hear all Interested parties and did from time to time recess <br />such public hearings to subsequent meetings of this Board and did <br />thereafter at this, a regular meeting of said Board adopt this resolu- <br />tion. If any part of this Resolution shall be held invalid, the remainder <br />shall not be affected. <br />36 <br />
