Each 1, 000 square feet or fraction thereof <br />up to 10, 000 square feet $ 2,00 <br />Each 1, 000 square feet over 10, 000 <br />square feet 1.00 <br />For any other building or structural work not Innen - <br />tioned above, the fees required by this chapter or any <br />other ordinance of the county shall be paid, and all <br />requirements of this c,tapter and any other ordinance <br />shall be enforced by tine inspectors specifically charged <br />with such enforcement, or by tiie Building Inspector if <br />not otherwise specifically provided for. <br />The said fees shall include payment for the permit <br />and for inspection of the work, after the sante shall have <br />been completed. if tact Building Inspector- stall, upon <br />his inspection after completion of the work or apparatus, <br />find that the same docs not conform to and comply with <br />the provisions of this chapter, he scall notify the Con- <br />tractor or Owner, indicating the corrc^ctfons required; <br />and ween he small be notified that the corrections have <br />been made, he shall again Inspect the work or apparatus <br />without further charge; but ween extra inspection trips <br />are necessary, due to any one of the; following reasons, <br />a charge of $2.00 ,halI be made for each trip: <br />(a) wrong ad&c°ss; <br />(b) condemned work, resulting front faulty construc- <br />tion; <br />(c) repairs or corrections not made w,ien inspection <br />is called; <br />(d) work not ready for inspection when called. <br />The payment for rc-inspection fees sr,all be made: <br />before any further permits will bc> issued to the person <br />owing; same. Scetion 107.5 is <br />annended to read: <br />"If, In the opinion of the Building Official, the valuation <br />of building, alteration or structure appears to be under- <br />estimated on the application, permit shall be denied, <br />unless the applic;wt can :show detailed estimated cost to <br />meet the approval of the Building Official. Permit valu- <br />ations shall Include total cost, such as plumbing, electri- <br />cal, meci,anical equipment and other systems. <br />(15) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS APPOIN'T'- <br />MENT.
