' - <br /> eTs <br /> craa <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 68-19 <br /> The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br /> 1 <br /> resolves: <br /> 1. That the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State <br /> 11 of Florida have heretofore conveyed to Indian River County, Florida, a parcel <br /> 4X:11 <br /> of land in said County which has since been designated as Kiwanis - llobart <br /> Park, to be used, maintained and developed by this Board as a public park. A <br /> • portion of said lands situated in the Southernmost part of the park located in <br /> Indian River County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> The Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section <br /> 4, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, less canal and less <br /> parcel in the Southeast corner 662 feet Bast and West by <br /> 383 feet North and South; <br /> has not been previously designated in the plan of development for any particular <br /> specified use, <br /> 2. That the part of Kiwanis - Hobart Park described above is here- <br /> with designatedRending ultimate development in accordance with the compre- <br /> hensive plan/as a nature center to be posted to prevent hunting, with nature <br /> trails and observation areas under the supervision and control of the Florida <br /> Audubon Society, acting through its Pelican Island Chapter, with full power <br /> and authority to go upon saki lands, erect signs so designating the same, con- <br /> struct nature trails and observation areas and to generally create a nature <br /> center for the use and benefit of the general public to continue until other con- <br /> templated or required uses shall dictate the termination when signified by <br /> resolution of this Board. <br /> 3.
