While the <br />jbody of the report should contain technical language, footnotes and <br />references, and anything else necessary to impress another <br />technical researcher, the: summary must contain the language and <br />information that a good newspaper reporter would use, <br />(c) The report should include definite recommendations of <br />action, both public and private, <br />,r <br />(d) The report should lay out a proposed salt harrier line to <br />prevent saltwater intrusion. <br />(e) 'Methods of water pollution prevention should be suggested. <br />(f) The present gauging and monitoring system of all agencies <br />should be reviewed and inotdificaLions recommended. <br />(g) Suggestions should be made regarding the: reduction of <br />runoff and cnhancement of recharge through natural and artificial <br />ti <br />means. <br />(h) Any needed regulations should be suggesmd, <br />(i) !terns requiring further study should be detailed, <br />G.
