That pursuant to the provisions of the Resolution of this Board, <br />No. 66-34, known as the RLM011 Burks Water and Sewer Franchise, and the <br />11 proposed Resolution of this Board assigning said franchise to the Urban <br />EE <br />I �1 Development Utilities, Inc. , a Florida corporation not for profit, said parties <br />il' did notify this Board in writing that each desired to increase certain charges <br />and jn," AdP1,00AI bthis Board Ili the franchise <br />and In the proposed transfer of said franchise and did set forth a proposed <br />schedule of rates and charges. Based thereon, this Board did direct that a <br />public hearing be held on said request and did give notice by publication in the <br />Voro Beach Preps Journal, a newspaper published ill this county, for one time <br />not more than one month nor less than one week preceding Such hearing and <br />certified proof of publication of said notice has been filed with this Board and <br />the.
