On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO, 68-31 <br />40 WHEREAS, Eugene J. Mosher has filed a Petition for the vacation <br />of County road and the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />• <br />County, Florida has determined that it would be advisable to consider <br />the vacating, abandoning, discontinuing and closing of that portion of <br />road or street lying between Glandale Road (8th Street) and the inter- <br />section of 47th Avenue and 48th Avenue, as shown on Glendale Lakes <br />Subdivision, which said street is more particularly described as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />All of that street or road lying between Lot 14, Block 3, <br />and Lot 12, Block 5, Glendale Lakes Subdivision, according <br />to plat filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, <br />page 26; said land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that a public hearing will be held to consider <br />the advisability of vacating, abandoning and discontinuing and closing <br />any portion of the right-of-way for the street lying between Lot 14, <br />Block 3 and Lot 12, Block 5 of Glendale Lakes Subdivision as above <br />described, renouncing and disclaiming any right and title of the public <br />and of the county in and to the land in connection therewith an herein- <br />above described, which said public hearing will be held at z 11,-_0 J,' <br />o'clock A.M. on 1968, in the Office of the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the Court- <br />house at Vero Beach, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice of said hearing shall be <br />published one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of <br />general circulation in Indian River County, Florida, which publication <br />shall be at least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for such <br />public hearing. <br />
