RESOLUTION NO. 68- 32 <br />ji The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />1, That the County Administrator is herewith authorized and <br />li <br />directed to obtain in the name of Indian River County, Florida, for the Use <br />and benefit of the State Road Mpartment of Florida, a right of way for State <br />Road 507 extending from the right of way of the Trans Florida Central Railway <br />to the North County Line in order that said right of way for said road shall <br />have a total width of 80 feet, that is, to add to the present platted and dedi- <br />cated right of way of 30 feet, 25 feet on the East side and 25 feet on the West <br />side of the present platted right of way in order that said road may be im- <br />proved in accordance with the letter from Arnold Ramos, District Engineer <br />of the State Road Department of Florida to the County Administrator dated <br />May 9, 1968. <br />2. Said Administrator is authorized to give a letter to each owner <br />of each parcel of property conveyed to die County for this right of way where- <br />by the County agrees to relocate any and all improvements of any such owner <br />which lies within the right of way conveyed in order that said improvements <br />may be removed from the right of way without cost or expense to the person <br />conveying the right of way, all to be done either prior to the presently con- <br />ternplated improvements or prior to the use of such additional right of way as <br />shall be determined by the County Administrator and each such letter shall <br />state in detail the improvements to be removed and such letter shall COWLittlL' <br />the agreement of Indian River County to (it) at] of the sajne� at its expcmst,% <br />;'Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Law, P, O.
