On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION 68- 37 <br />A <br />WHEREAS, Eugene J. Mosher did file a Petition with the Board of <br />• County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida requesting said <br />Board to adopt a Resolution to vacate, abandon, discontinue and close <br />certain public streets and roads as hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held by said Board on June 5, <br />1968 pursuant to Notice thereof duly published in the Vero Beach Press <br />Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in Indian River County, which <br />said publication was had two weeks prior to the public hearing as re- <br />quired by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has duly considered <br />the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Hoard does find and de- <br />termine the following; <br />1, That this Board has published a Notice of the hearing on the <br />Petition of Eugene J. Mosher one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, <br />a newspaper of general circulation in Indian River County, Florida, said <br />publication being published at least two weeks prior to the time stated <br />thereon for such public hearing. <br />2. That the land hereinbelow described is not a part of the public <br />road and street required by the State of Florida, by the Federal Govern- <br />ment as part of the State or Federal Highway system and said portion of <br />the right-of-way as described hereinbelow is not located within the <br />corporate limits of any municipality and is located in Indian River <br />County, Florida; the following described land is not needed for street, <br />road, highway or other public purposes by Indian River County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County for and on behalf of Indian River County, Florida, <br />does hereby renounce and disclaim any right, title or interest in and <br />to the following described public street or road, to -wit: <br />
