RESOLUTION NO. 68-44
<br />WHE RUAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, did after public hearing make Its final report recommending changes
<br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing it)
<br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now,
<br />therefore,
<br />136 IT RESOUCI) by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows:
<br />I. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des-
<br />cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Beginning at a point 40 feet South of tile Northeast corner
<br />of Tract 1530, thence run West 198 feet to a point, thence
<br />South 560 feet to a point; thence East 198 feet to a point
<br />on the East line of said Tract 1530; thence run North 560
<br />feet to the point of beginning, of the lands of the Fellsmere
<br />Farms Company, situated in St. Lucie County, F lorida, as
<br />per plat of said lands duly filed in the records of St. 1-ticie
<br />County, Florida, dated July 31, 1911, recorded in Plat Book
<br />2, pages 3 and 4; now lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, containing 2. 5 acres; also,
<br />Beginning at it point 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of
<br />Tract 1531, Tominhip3l South, Range 37 mast of
<br />'Tallahassee Mcildian, thence %Ycst 526 feet; thence South
<br />560 feet; thence 1`.ast 526 feet; thence North 500 feet to the
<br />place of beginning of the land,; of the 1'`cllsnlerc Farms
<br />Company, situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, as per
<br />plat of said lands duly filed in tile records of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, dated jtily :31, 1911, meorded in Plat
<br />Book 2, on pagcs, 3 and 4, now lying and being in Indian
<br />River County, Florida; 411-30,
<br />Fellsmere Irarnis Subdivision, Tracts 1429A, 1430A,
<br />1462, 1403 and 1464, Township 31 South, Range 37 Last,
<br />Plat Book 2, pages 1. and 2;
<br />be changed from F-1, Agricultural District, to C-1, Commercial District.
<br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in
<br />I said Zoning Resolution.
<br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des-
<br />cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
