Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />+ro ."68- yr <br />4, <br />Bi: IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the rate of taxation necessary <br />to moot the expondituros:of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, for the fiscal year ending September <br />30, 1969, pursuant to the budget of said Board as heretofore published <br />I <br />i <br />and approved, is as hereinafter levied and that the tax rate as <br />hereinafter shown and set forth he and it is hereby levied on all <br />taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1968 <br />jj <br />i <br />with the rate hereinafter act out, to -wit! <br />1. In order to moot the estimated expenses of the General <br />Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />two and fifteen hundredths (2.15) .......... mills upon the dollar <br />be levied and is hereby imposed, <br />Z. In order to moot the eatimatod expenses of the Road and <br />Bridge Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />fifty-five hundroths (.5S) .................. mill upon the dollar be <br />levied and is hereby imposed. <br />3. In order to moot the estimated expenses of the Fine <br />and Forfeiture Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that it <br />tax rate of nine tenths(.++J')..,...............„__..__..«.___.._....«. <br />--------------------------------- <br />mill upon upon the dollar be levied and is hereby imposed. <br />d. In order to provide funds to the Indian River County <br />Public Health Unit, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax <br />rate of two hundred twenty-four thousandths of a mill (.22.4)W -.,._--- <br />upon the dollar be levied, assessed and„ is,hereby imposed upon all. <br />property lying and being in the County ,of Indian River, the proceeds <br />of which when collected shall be paid to the State Treasurer of the <br />State of Florida for the account of the State Board of Health of the , <br />State of Florida, to be expended by said State Board of health as <br />provided by Chapter 154, Florida Statutes. <br />
