RESOLUTION NO. 68-50 <br />WHEREAS, this Board has been advised that the Honorable <br />Marshall O. Mitchell is dead and the menibers of this Board desire to make a <br />matter of record his distinguished public service and to extend their <br />condolences to his widow and daughters; Now, therefore, <br />it <br />THIS MEMORIAL RESOLUTION is adopted by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, honoring a <br />il distinguished attorney and citizen of this County who devoted many years of <br />public service as attorney for the Indian River Memorial Hospital, Indian <br />River Mosquito Control District, Indian River County School Board and public <br />service to the community during the past thirty (30) years, for which this <br />Board, for itself as well as the people of Indian River County, does hereby <br />make this public record of his (its thiguis tied and faithful service to the citizens <br />I <br />,of this County and the sorrow of the members of this Board of his death and <br />their expression of sympathy to his widow and daughters in their bereavement; <br />and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this <br />Resolution be forwarded to Mr. Mitchell's widow and to each of his daughters, <br />"Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Low, P. 0, Box 516, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />
