The County shares <br />your vision and commitment to protecting and improving water quality, particularly in the Indian <br />River Lagoon (Lagoon). <br />The two projects for which we are requesting support—the Ixora Park Sewer Rehabilitation Project <br />and Hobart Water Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System <br />Upgrade—will both expand on the County's efforts to minimize negative environmental impacts <br />to our citizens, visitors, businesses, and the Lagoon. <br />As we turn toward the 2023 Florida Legislative Session, we look forward to continued <br />collaboration with your office as we collectively strive to advocate for effective and efficient <br />legislative policies benefiting our community and protect the health, welfare, and safety of all <br />Indian River County residents. <br />Thank you again for leadership and dedication. <br />Sincerely, <br />t, <br />)Pzl� "L <br />Peter D.
