• <br />• <br />Upon a Mctton made by Commissioner Bog3sian, seconded by <br />commissioner Graves, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />resolves: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- 60 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />1. Pursuant to Section 194. 47, Florida Statutes, Ralph Harris, <br />as Clerk of the Circuit Courtin and for Indian River County, Florida, has <br />prepared in triplicate and delivered this date to the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Indian River County, Florida, in duplicate a complete schedule or <br />list, duly certified by him, of all lands in Indian River County, Florida, upon <br />which tax certificates were issued at the County Tax Collector's sales of lands j <br />i <br />for unpaid delinquent taxes held on the first days of June in the years 1943, <br />1946, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1953, 1954 and 1966, as were bid off by said Tax <br />Collector for said County and which taxes have not been redeemed or <br />purchased. <br />2. One said schedule or list has been retained by the said <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court and is on file in his said office, the second said <br />schedule or list is attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution, and the third said <br />itschedule or list shall be delivered this date to Sherman N. Smith, Jr. , as <br />I! <br />County Attorney. <br />3. Within ninety (90) days after the date of this Resolution, <br />Ili Sherman N. Smith, Jr. , as County Attorney, shall cause a Complaint to be <br />j filed in the Circuit Court of said county in the name of said county and against <br />!1% any and all of the lands described in the said schedule or list as defendant. <br />4.
