40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68-65 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />!M 11 Florida, resolves: <br />1. That all that part of the easement now existing in Block 1, <br />Rosedale Gardens Subdivision, according to plat recorded in Plat Book 1, <br />page 10, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Indian River County, Florida, lying West of a Northward pro- <br />jection of the East line of Lot 8 and lying East of the West line of Lots 10 and <br />11, be and the same is herewith abandoned and this Board does herewith <br />relinquish and disclaim the rights of the public acquired by the dedication of <br />said plat insofar as it pertains to the above described easement. <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Lav, P.
