40 <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- 68 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida] <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and add. <br />tions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in <br />I <br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now, <br />therefore, <br />I <br />I I <br />J BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />�! 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des- <br />cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Government Lot 10 and the South one-half of Government <br />Lot 9, lying West of AIA and East of the Indian River, <br />less the South 1, 355 feet thereof, in Section 19, Township <br />32 South, Range 40 East, <br />be changed from R-1 A, Country Home District, to R-2 A, Multi -Family <br />District. <br />$,L• That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des- <br />cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the East right of way line <br />of Four -lane U. S. Highway No. 1 and the East-West <br />Quarter Section line of Section 31, Township 33 South, <br />j Range 40 East, run East on the said Quarter Section line <br />a distance of 692.27 feet; thence run Northwesterly on a <br />i' line parallel to the East right of way line of said U.
